Cool Arrow is locally owned and operated by Brent Ford and Josh Gonzales, two guys who believe HVAC should still stand for honesty, value, affordability, and commitment. Brent brings decades of hands-on technical experience, system diagnostics, airflow knowledge, and a no-BS approach to solving comfort problems. Josh brings a customer-first mindset, clear communication, and years of experience helping homeowners make smart decisions about their comfort systems. With NCI certification in duct design and airflow, Josh understands that real comfort is about more than just replacing equipment. It’s about how the whole system works together, from the unit outside to the ductwork in the attic to the rooms that never seem to feel right.

Together, we started Cool Arrow because we saw what this industry was becoming: high-pressure sales, rushed service calls, and companies more focused on closing tickets than taking care of people. That’s not us.
